We have three privately-owned condominium
short-term vacation rentals. They are located in Caribbean
Villas in Kissimmee, Florida. For your convenience, the
owner lives in the same complex as the rentals and will
be available during your stay. All of our condos have
been newly remodeled. This is not a timeshare.
There are no sales pitches.

Caribbean Drive N. doesn't have any Guest Book comments
since we just started renting it out.
Barbados Court is a long-term rental and
is not available. The two condominiums in Bahamas Court are
located next door to each other and and we have one located
on Caribbean Drive N. and all are short-term vacation

bath and are the same layout as mine. I do have one 3
bedroom 2 bath condominium that I manage.
Amenities
These two bedroom, two bath furnished
condos have 1,000 sq. ft. of living space. Equipped with
all new appliances (stove/oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer,
washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, toaster, blender, etc.),
these rental condos have all of the conveniences of home
including a private outside patio. All have been
completely remodeled. The condominiums have a 42"
flat-screen HD TV, local phone, satellite or cable TV, DVD, and CD player.
Wireless high-speed internet is available for your laptop, at
no charge.
All of our condos and the ones I manage are one story
and have central heat and air conditioning.
Our
condos are exceptionally clean. We take pride in the
cleanliness of our rental condos.
There are two
reserved parking spaces in front of the condos located in
Bahamas Court. There is one reserved parking space in
front of the condo located at Caribbean Drive N. Heated outdoor swimming pool
is available for
your enjoyment within the complex. Maid service prior to
check in and after check out, only. Easy access in and out
of the complex. Check in is 3:00 p.m. and
check out is 10:00 a.m., which we are flexible on as long as
we have enough time to clean the condos.
Maximum
Occupancy
The two bedroom condos accommodate 7 people comfortably
with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 roll-away bed and 1 queen
sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy
is 6 adults.
Entertainment
The condos are approximately 15 minutes
driving time to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot,
MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom. Sea World and Universal
Studios are approximately a 25 minute drive. 60 minutes
driving time to Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach. South Orlando
is approximately 5 minutes driving time. Shopping and restaurants
are about a half mile from the condos. The Gulf Coast
beaches are a 2 hour drive time.
We have a bike path behind the complex
for public use. We have four bicycles that we rent
out, if you would like to take a bike ride during your stay.
The charge for each bicycle is $6.00 per hour or $30.00 per
day or $100.00 for the entire week.
Terms & Conditions
We have a six night minimum and charge
$600.00, plus $78.00 for tax, which totals $678.00. No
other charges.
For each additional night after the first
six nights, we charge $80.00, plus $10.40 for tax, per night.

We prefer the bookings for check-in on a
Sunday and check-out on a Saturday, but are flexible if you
need to book it with different days.
Smoking is permitted outside the condo, only. Boats are not allowed to be parked in the complex.
Discounted
monthly rates are available.
Hurricane Evacuations: We are located in Central Florida.
On a per night basis, we will accommodate you and your pets
if you are evacuating for a hurricane.
We request a 10% deposit to reserve the
dates. The balance would be due on arrival. If you
cancel your reservation with a 30 day notice, your deposit
will be applied to another week in the following year.
If you are not satisfied upon your
arrival, we will refund your entire 10% deposit (that's how
confident we are that you will like it).
Will accept payment by Money Order, Cash,
Cashiers Check, Personal Check or PayPal. Credit
and debit cards are accepted through PayPal, only.
Pet
Terms & Conditions
We welcome pets as long as
you follow our Association's Rules. No charge for
pets.
Association Rules: The handler must have
the pet(s) on a leash and is responsible
for picking up any pet droppings, when outside.

If one of the condominiums is booked on
the dates you're looking for, please check the availability
calendar on the top of this page in our other condominium
rental.

manage other condos in the same complex when ours are booked. I also
check the cleanliness
when I book someone into another condo.

We are so personalized that
we offer Special Services that you won't find anywhere
else in the Florida condo rental business.
Slip A Tip Special
Your on the plane ride and
your hungry....wouldn't it be nice to get to your rental
condo and have snacks waiting for you so you don't have to
rush out and go grocery shopping? What if you're
getting in late and would love to have your refrigerator
stocked with enough food to make your family breakfast in
the morning.
If
you would like me to pick up some food, soda, milk (even
cold beer) or toothpaste, email me your list and I'll have
it in your rental condo before you arrive. I will
give you the receipt and charge you exactly what it cost
and you decide what it is worth to you and slip me a tip.
Please give me at least two days notice, so I can plan accordingly.
If you
have a special occasion you would like to celebrate, let
me know, I like to make baskets with wine and snacks. Maybe you
would like to order your friends a welcome basket when
they arrive. I can make baskets for Honey Mooners,
Birthday's and Holidays. Or, if you just want a small
stuffed Mickey Mouse and some snacks, I can do that,
too. You can customize your basket and have whatever
you want in it.
My custom baskets start at
$50.00 and up, depending on what you request. If you
want a special "To" and "From" card on the basket, I can
do that, too. I would need at least a two week
notice so I have enough think time to make it a special
basket.
